Before Checker, we had a "homemade" web-based software supporting our mystery shopping activities, developed by a small software house under our design supervision. Actually, I was a bit worried to switch to an outsourced product, but I must admit that the product itself has all the features we need (and we haven't even used all of them) and the commercial and technical support (Mor himself and Virgiliu, Kristina, and Katerina) is really super responsive, helpful and kind, much over our expectations!
